I studied art and design at the Fashion Institute of Technology and worked as a fashion designer.  Later I taught PE at a preschool. I also taught ballet, tap and acrobatics at a dance studio.  Currently I am teaching gymnastics at my local Y.

Now I am combining my love of art and children by writing and illustrating picture books. I am  working on a book that teaches movement skills and encourages children to join in the fun.

I live with my husband Walter and our dog Zoey in eastern Pennsylvania. I have two grown children and a granddaughter Kandice who is the inspiration for my book.
